ROUGH RIDER^® LIMITED WARRANTY

Durability and Breakage:
Blackwater Outdoors, LLC warrants this decoy to the original owner, during his or her lifetime, against breakage and loss of buoyancy for any reason except intentional misuse or damage.  Breakage is defined as separation of the body of the decoy into more than one (1) piece.  Loss of coating or paint is not breakage.  In the event of any breakage or loss of buoyancy, the decoy will be replaced free of charge.

Coating and Paint:
Blackwater Outdoors, LLC warrants this decoy to the original owner for twenty four (24) months after purchase, against loss or unreasonable wear or fading of coating and paint.  In the event the original owner determines that the coating or paint is defective rendering the decoy unusable, the decoy may be returned to Blackwater Outdoors, LLC for credit as follows:  If the decoy is received by Blackwater within one (1) year of purchase, the owner will receive a credit of fifty percent (50%) of the original purchase price and if returned within two (2) years, a credit of twenty five percent (25%) of the original purchase price, against the purchase of a decoy of equal or greater value.  The credit may be used only against purchases directly from Blackwater Outdoors, LLC at its suggested retail price, and must be used within one (1) year of the return of the defective decoy.  The credit or credits may only be used on the purchase of an equal or greater number of decoys.  The purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.  These credits may not be used in connection with any other discount or offer and have no cash value.

All decoys for which warranty claims are made must be returned, with original dated receipt or a copy thereof, postage prepaid, to Blackwater Outdoors, LLC at the address available through Blackwater Decoy Co.'s toll free service line (888) BW-DECOY.

Limitation of Warranty
BLACKWATER OUTDOORS, LLC MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE DECOY AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  ANY REMEDY OF ANY PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOST PRODUCTS, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DAMAGES AND REMEDIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARE DISCLAIMED.
